dc.description.abstractШлях України до європейського співтовариства, динамічний розвиток міжнародного співробітництва нашої держави з іноземними країнами в економічній, культурній, інформаційній площині породжують нові загрози і виклики, які виникають на тлі активізації співпраці українського злочинного світу з організованими злочинними угрупованням в країнах дальнього та ближнього зарубіжжя. Ситуація, що склалася під впливом цивілізаційних, історико-політичних, культурних та економічних факторів, ставить перед вітчизняною кримінологією нові завдання, актуалізує питання, пов’язані з розробленням науково-практичних підходів до аналізу проблем, спричинених розвитком транснаціональної злочинності. Транснаціональні організовані угруповання на сьогодні діють на території більшості країн світу й постійно розширюють масштаби та сфери організованої злочинної діяльності, збільшуючи тим самим єдиний кримінальний простір. The article emphasizes that the globalization of transnational organized crime is characterized by the process of intensification of transnational crime and the cross-border influence of organized criminal groups on the spheres of social development. Such trends in the globalization of crime testify to the active involvement of Ukraine in the processes of transnational criminalization and, above all, of an economic and political nature. This poses a threat to national security and makes it necessary to integrate criminological, legal, economic, foreign and security policies, intensify international efforts to counter the factors and effects of the globalization of crime. It has been proven that organized crime can be considered transnational if it: goes beyond the borders of one state, uses criminal connections in other countries to implement criminal plans; it is carried out by organized and appropriately structured criminal entities that have an external and internal circuit of criminal communication; it is based on an intellectual component that makes it possible to commit crimes in the sphere of economy, trade and finance in other spheres of public life at a high level with the involvement of advanced information technologies, modern vehicles, professionals who do not belong to the criminal world by the nature of their professional activity.
