Анотація
Досліджено відмивання грошей у цифровій економіці з моменту поступового переходу економіки держави в цифровий формат, включаючи появу електронних грошей, поширення електронного банкінгу та інших інформаційних технологій, які призводять до появи нових методів і схем відмивання грошей. Зазначено, що це вимагає одночасного виявлення сучасних ризиків протидії цьому виду злочинності та пошуку шляхів вдосконалення такої діяльності. Метою статті є дослідження сучасного стану та до пошук шляхів покращення боротьби з відмиванням грошей у цифровій економіці. Встановлені в статті висновки та положення спрямовані на вдосконалення державної політики у сфері боротьби з грошовим відмиванням, враховуючи виклики цифрової економіки.
Money laundering in the digital economy has been studied since the gradual transition of the state's economy to a digital format, including the emergence of electronic money, the spread of electronic banking and other information technologies, which lead to the emergence of new methods and schemes of money laundering. It is noted that this requires the simultaneous identification of modern risks of combating this type of crime and the search for ways to improve such activities. The purpose of the article is to study the current state and to find ways to improve the fight against money laundering in the digital economy. The conclusions and provisions established in the article are aimed at improving the state policy in the field of combating money laundering, taking into account the challenges of the digital economy.
