Анотація
Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена об’єктивним характером, який свідчить про те, що збройна агресія російської федерації проти України та потенційні загрози її національним інтересам, суверенітету і територіальній цілісності зумовлюють появу нових військових оборонних формувань. У сьогоднішньому світі територіальна оборона набуває особливо великого значення й проблеми, пов’язані з її запровадженням та діяльністю, залишаються нагальними. На даний момент особливе значення має проблема воєнної безпеки України. Набуває розвитку чітка військово-політична стратегія та сили забезпечення воєнної безпеки України.
Military security is a state of protection of vital interests of the individual, society and the state from external and internal military hreats associated with the use of military threat or threat of its use, characterized by the absence of military threat or the ability to resist it.
Many factors characterize the state of military security of the state. First of all, it is a clear legislative regulation of the use of armed forces, defining ways and means of using military force to ensure military security and following the practice of the international community on the operation of defense mechanisms.
The basis of the military policy of the world community continues to be the desire to strengthen their military security. For Ukraine, this issue is a strategic goal of introducing national defense policy during the Ukrainian-Russian crisis in 2022. The main content of ensuring the military security policy of Ukraine in this matter includes the formation and implementation of a unified state strategy in the field of military security; support for domestic political stability; protection of the constitutional order, integrity and inviolability of the country’s territory; creation and support at the necessary level of defense system mechanisms, etc. This should also include the qualitative improvement of regular armed forces and other military formations, including the introduction of territorial defense. All these measures are aimed at maintaining and strengthening the country’s military security. Based on this, this article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of ensuring the military security of the state in view of the current political situation and the formation of new defense mechanisms. For a detailed study of such a defense mechanism as territorial defense, it is proposed to study directly the legal nature of Ukraine’s military security and national defense. Provide a description of territorial defense, in particular to analyze its formation process, purpose, structure, content, objectives, idea of creation, etc. Analyze the issues of territorial defense in the internal troops, its active interaction with local authorities, law enforcement agencies and communities
