Анотація
Статтю присвячено проблемам стандартизації процесу навчання працівників правоохоронних органів. Здійснено аналіз проблеми на прикладі навчальних закладів системи МВС України, як структури, що має найбільш розгалужену систему навчальних закладів. Автором виділено основні проблемні питання, пов’язані із стандартизацією освітнього процесу та запропоновано заходи, що потребують негайної реалізацї з метою підвищення якості освіти спеціалістів для правоохоронної системи.
The article deals with the problems of the standardization process of training of law enforcement officers. The analysis of problems was carried out on the example of educational institutions in the system of MIA of Ukraine, as a structure, which has the most extensive education system. The standardization of the learning process is defined as an activity to develop and implement common standards that define the requirements for the educational activities for institutions, which train specialists in the same type of industry knowledge and specialties. The author highlighted the problem points based on issues related to the standardization of the educational process, including: the lack of state standards knowledge in the branches "Law" specialty "Law" and disciplines "Civil Security" specialty "Law enforcement". The need of introduction common standards, rules and requirements for all levels of training; clear the definition as the branch of knowledge and specialization for the staff training for law enforcement agencies; bringing the teaching load standards of higher education applicants in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. As a result, the measures of research are proposed. They require immediate implementation in order to improve the quality of education for law enforcement professionals..
