dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано проблему розмежування фінансового права з політичною економією та наукою про фінанси в інтерпретації викладачів університетів Російської імперії у другій половині ХІХ ст. – на початку ХХ ст. Характеризуються ідеї науковців фінансово-економічного напряму, які вважали, що наука фінансового права є самостійним напрямом дослідження з власним предметом, метою і завданнями, та їхніх опонентів, котрі ототожнювали науку фінансового права з фінансовою наукою і розглядали її як розділ політичної економії. The article analyzes the problem of the distinction between the Financial Law and the Political Economy and the Financial Science in the interpretation of the teachers of the universities of the Russian Empire in the second half of the nineteenth century – the beginning of the twentieth century. The ideas of scholars (M.M. Alekseyenko, M.M Kapustin, L.V. Khodskyi, I.I. Patlaevsky), which identified the science of Financial Law with Financial Science and included it in the section of political economy, are determined. The information is also provided on the representatives of the second approach (I.T. Tarasov, I.I. Yanzhul, S.I. Ilovajsky, I. Kh. Ozerov, O.I. Kranihfeld, E.M. Berendts) who believed that the science of Financial law is an independent research area with its own subject, purpose and tasks. It is noted that the Political Economy, Financial Theory and Financial Law are interrelated sciences with significant interdisciplinary connections. The Financial Science in the vast majority of studies serves as the foundation, he theoretical basis of Financial Law, and Financial Law, as an integrated discipline and branch of law, contains economic and legal elements.
