dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена аналізу адміністративно-правового забезпечення реалізації антикорупційної політики України в умовах вступу до Європейського Союзу. Актуальність статті обумовлена важливими викликами, які стоять перед Україною в процесі вступу до Європейського Союзу. В умовах війни важливим завданням публічного управління є продовження активної протидії корупції у всіх сферах діяльності органів державної влади. Для цього в повному обсязі потрібні кардинальні реформи, спрямовані на інтеграцію в європейську систему, в т.ч. посилення боротьби з корупцією. Тому метою наукової роботи є розкриття методів, стратегій, законопроектів, заходів щодо виконання антикорупційної програми, що має особливе значення в наш час. Процес написання академічної роботи включав методи аналізу даних, синтезу, узагальнення, обґрунтування та класифікації. Останній рік був значущим для державної антикорупційної політики, з огляду на розроблення Антикорупційної стратегії до 2025 року, а також прийняття Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, спрямованої на реалізацію положень вищевказаної Стратегії. The article is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal support for the implementation of Ukraine's anti-corruption policy under the conditions of accession to the European Union. The relevance of the article is due to the important challenges facing Ukraine in the process of joining the European Union. In the conditions of war, an important task of public administration is to continue actively combating corruption in all spheres of activity of state authorities. For this, cardinal reforms aimed at integration into the European system are needed in full, including strengthening the fight against corruption. Therefore, the purpose of the scientific work is to reveal the methods, strategies, draft laws, measures for the implementation of the anti-corruption program, which is of particular importance in our time. The process of writing an academic paper included methods of data analysis, synthesis, generalization, justification, and classification. The last year was significant for the state anti-corruption policy, given the development of the Anti-Corruption Strategy until 2025, as well as the adoption of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025, aimed at implementing the provisions of the above-mentioned Strategy.
