dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджуються окремі критерії відомчого розподілу предмета відання у кримінальному провадженні. Аналізуються законодавство та наукові погляди щодо розподілу предмета відання у 2 (volume 1) 2020 75 Maryna Horodetska, Ph.D in Law, Investigator of the Investigative Department of the Kryvyi Rih Police Department of the Main Directorate of National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast кримінальному провадженні. Обґрунтовується можливість допуску до провадження суб’єктів нижчої кваліфікації у зв’язку з нечіткістю визначення предмета відання на початковому етапі, а також із необхідністю забезпечення оперативності реагування. Робиться висновок про відомчий розподіл предмета відання за кримінально-правовим і кримінальним процесуальним елементами. The article examines individual criteria for departmental division of the subject matter in criminal proceedings. Legislation and scientific views on the distribution of the subject matter of criminal proceedings are analyzed. The possibility of admission to the pursuit of lower-level subjects is justified due to the inaccuracy of the definition of the subject matter at the initial stage, as well as the need to ensure prompt response. A conclusion is drawn about the departmental division of the subject matter under criminal law and criminal procedural elements.
