dc.description.abstractУ монографії на основі узагальнення фактичного матеріалу, результатів наукових досліджень та потреб правоохоронної діяльності досліджено питання щодо особливостей протидії крадіжкам із території промислових підприємств, установ та організацій. Проаналізовано протидію забрудненню атмосферного повітря, вчиненому промисловими підприємствами, як один із особливих видів кримінальних правопорушень регіону; проведено ґрунтовний аналіз окремих питань взаємодії державно-владних суб’єктів у забезпеченні публічної безпеки і порядку в демографічно-специфічних регіонах. Досліджено питання щодо особливостей протидії кримінальним правопорушенням у сфері незаконного обігу наркотиків як одного із видів регіональної злочинності; визначено основні тенденції програм професійної підготовки поліцейських з урахуванням особливостей регіонів. Розкрито особливості формування професійної мобільності здобувачів вищої освіти під час підготовки фахівців для підрозділів національної поліції України. Видання адресовано науковцям, науково-педагогічному складу, здобувачам вищої освіти і практичним працівникам органів правопорядку, а також усім, хто цікавиться проблемами протидії злочинності у промислових регіонах України. The monograph, based on a generalization of factual material, the results of scientific research, and the needs of law enforcement, examines the issues of combating theft from the territory of industrial enterprises, institutions, and organizations. The article analyzes the counteraction to air pollution committed by industrial enterprises as one of the special types of criminal offenses in the region; a thorough analysis of individual issues of interaction between state and government entities in ensuring public safety and order in demographically specific regions is conducted. The issue of the specifics of combating criminal offenses in the field of drug trafficking as one of the types of regional crime was investigated; the main trends in professional training programs for police officers were identified, taking into account the specifics of the regions. The peculiarities of the formation of professional mobility of higher education students during the training of specialists for the units of the National Police of Ukraine are revealed. The publication is addressed to scientists, scientific and pedagogical staff, higher education students and practical employees of law enforcement agencies, as well as to everyone who is interested in the problems of combating crime in the industrial regions of Ukraine.
