dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено дослідженню окремих особливостей застосування поліцейських превентивних заходів. У процесі викладу основного матеріалу наголошується, що правова визначеність системи поліцейських превентивних заходів, розуміння всіма учасниками суспільних відносин їх мети та сутності є запорукою злагодженою роботи поліції та населення. Підкреслено, що надання саме поліцейських послуг є новим вектором розвитку головного правоохоронного органу нашої країни. Вказано, що превентивні заходи можна розглядати як допоміжні інструменти в забезпеченні виконання покладених на Національну поліцію України завдань. Головним напрямом застосування превентивних заходів є запобігання та профілактика правопорушень. Доведено, що поліцейські превентивні заходи застосовуються не виключно у зв’язку з учиненням особою правопорушення, проте зазначено, що окремі елементи примусу містяться в таких превентивних заходах, як перевірка документів особи, поверхнева перевірка, обмеження пересування особи, транспортного засобу або фактичного володіння річчю, проникнення до житла чи іншого володіння особи. The article is devoted to the study of certain features of the application of police preventive measures. In the course of presenting the main material, it is emphasized that the legal certainty of the system of police preventive measures and the understanding of their purpose and essence by all participants in social relations are the key to the coordinated work of the police and the population. It is emphasized that the provision of police services is a new vector for the development of the main law enforcement agency of our country. It is noted that preventive measures can be considered as auxiliary tools in ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the National Police of Ukraine. The main direction of the application of preventive measures is the prevention and prophylaxis of offenses. It has been proven that police preventive measures are not applied exclusively in connection with the commission of an offense by a person, but it is noted that certain elements of coercion are contained in such preventive measures as checking a person's documents, superficial inspection, restricting the movement of a person, vehicle, or actual possession of an item, and entering a person's home or other property.
