dc.description.abstractAdministrative and legal tools and instruments in the activities of the police in the field of road safety are little-studied issues in the scientific literature, and law enforcement and international legal, organizational practice do not always comply with the law. Blurred legal regulation of road safety is one of the problems of reducing accidents, accidents and deaths. The purpose of this article is to identify the effectiveness of legal regulation of police units in European countries in the field of road safety. Адміністративно-правові засоби та інструменти в діяльності поліції у сфері безпеки дорожнього руху є недостатньо дослідженими в науковій літературі питаннями, а правоохоронна та міжнародно-правова й організаційна практика не завжди відповідають вимогам закону.Нечітке правове регулювання сфери безпеки дорожнього руху є однією з проблем, що перешкоджають зниженню кількості дорожньо-транспортних пригод і випадків загибелі людей. Метою цієї статті є оцінка ефективності правового регулювання діяльності поліцейських підрозділів у країнах Європи у сфері безпеки дорожнього руху.
