Анотація
The thesis discloses the concept of imitation of the crime situation as a criminal procedural tool for preventing and ceasing serious and especially serious crimes. The object, grounds, purpose, form, conditions and control of its conduct are defined, with emphasis placed on the inadmissibility of provocation.
У тезах доповіді розкрито поняття імітації обстановки злочину як кримінально-процесуального інструмента запобігання та припинення тяжких і особливо тяжких злочинів. Визначено об’єкт, підстави, мету, форму, умови та контроль проведення, а також наголошено на неприпустимості провокації.
