У тезах доповіді розкрито поняття імітації обстановки злочину як кримінально-процесуального інструмента запобігання та припинення тяжких і особливо тяжких злочинів. Визначено об’єкт, підстави, мету, форму, умови та контроль проведення, а також наголошено на неприпустимості провокації. | |
