dc.description.abstractThe article reveals the role aspect of controlling in a management system and substantiates the introduction of an innovation regulator into its structure, contains an author's proposal regarding the adaptation of the concepts of «innovation controlling» and «innovation regulator of the controlling system» at the same time revealing their substance, and includes the proposed economic and mathematical model for evaluating the controlling efficiency on the basis of the innovation regulator. У статті розкривається рольовий аспект контролінгу в системі менеджменту та обґрунтовується введення до її складу інноваційного регулятора, міститься авторська пропозиція щодо адаптації понять «інноваційний контролінг» та «інноваційний регулятор системи контролінгу» в системі управління. при цьому розкрито їх зміст, а також запропоновано економіко-математичну модель оцінки ефективності контролінгу на основі інноваційного регулятора.
