dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to analysing the peculiarities of exercising the right to legal assistance by employees of mining and metallurgical enterprises under martial law, analysing the regulatory and legal acts governing this area, and identifying problematic aspects of ensuring effective access to legal support. Particular attention is paid to the impact of the specifics of martial law on legal relations between employees and employers, as well as on the availability of legal services in the context of restrictions caused by military actions. Стаття присвячена аналізу особливостей реалізації права на правову допомогу співробітників гірничо-металургійних підприємств в умовах воєнного стану, аналіз нормативно-правових актів, що регулюють цю сферу та виявлення проблемних аспектів забезпечення ефективного доступу до правової підтримки. Особлива увага приділяється впливу специфіки воєнного стану на правовідносини між працівниками й роботодавцями, а також на доступність юридичних послуг у контексті обмежень, викликаних військовими діями.
