M.У статті розкрито сутність кібербулінгу як специфічної форми агресії та цькування в умовах сучасного цифрового простору. Автори аналізують основні методи психологічного впливу та соціальні наслідки поширення цього явища серед користувачів мережі. Особливу увагу приділено факторам, що сприяють анонімності зловмисників та ускладнюють виявлення випадків віртуального терору. Досліджено важливість комплексного підходу до захисту особистості в інтернеті через поєднання правових і превентивних заходів. Зроблено висновок про необхідність підвищення рівня цифрової гігієни та медіаграмотності для ефективної нейтралізації загроз кібербулінгу. The article reveals the essence of cyberbullying as a specific form of aggression and harassment in the conditions of modern digital space. The authors analyze the main methods of psychological impact and social consequences of the spread of this phenomenon among network users. Particular attention is paid to factors contributing to the anonymity of attackers and complicating the detection of cases of virtual terror. The importance of a comprehensive approach to protecting an individual on the internet through a combination of legal and preventive measures is researched. Обґрунтовується необхідність комплексного підходу до організації правоосвітньої роботи в закладах освіти, який гармонійно поєднує навчальний процес, організацію корисного позакласного дозвілля та тісну співпрацю педагогів із правоохоронними органами, службами у справах дітей, громадськими організаціями і батьками. Акцентується увага на важливості формування у молоді чіткого розуміння взаємозв'язку між вчинком і неминучим наслідком, виховання високих морально-етичних якостей, а також на своєчасній корекції та подоланні асоціальних проявів у поведінці здобувачів освіти. The abstracts address the problem of preventive legal education and the prevention of offenses among learners, which becomes especially relevant in the difficult conditions of martial law. The necessity of a comprehensive approach to the organization of legal educational work in educational institutions, which harmoniously combines the educational process, the organization of useful extracurricular leisure, and the close cooperation of teachers with law enforcement agencies, children's services, public organizations, and parents, is substantiated. Обґрунтовано, що використання цих інноваційних підходів відкриває нові можливості для створення матеріальних навчальних об'єктів та відтворення реалістичних віртуальних сценаріїв кримінальних правопорушень і дорожньо-транспортних пригод. Доведено, що інтеграція 3D-технологій сприяє модернізації освітніх програм закладів вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання та значно підвищує ефективність практичної підготовки поліцейських до сучасних викликів. The abstracts consider the prospects of implementing 3D modeling and 3D printing technologies in the educational process of training future law enforcement officers. It is substantiated that the use of these innovative approaches opens up new possibilities for creating material training objects and reproducing realistic virtual scenarios of criminal offenses and traffic accidents. М.The article features research into the needs and ways to improve training programs on the use of digital technologies in the system of professional training of higher education institutions of Ukraine. The authors argue that the dynamic development of IT makes radical changes in the university system of professional training, requiring adjustment of educational content. The study establishes basic principles of professional self-improvement of future specialists by means of digital technologies and emphasizes the importance of digital tools for continuous professional development. Стаття присвячена дослідженню потреб та шляхів вдосконалення навчальних програм з використання цифрових технологій в системі професійної підготовки закладів вищої освіти України. На основі аналізу наукової літератури та власного педагогічного досвіду автори доводять, що динамічний розвиток інформаційних технологій у світі призводить до радикальних змін в університетській системі професійної підготовки. The authors analyze the combination of theoretical knowledge with the practical application of modern digital tools for analyzing the criminogenic situation. The role of interdisciplinary links in the training of specialists capable of effectively working with large data sets in the context of digitalization is researched. O.The article shows the possibility of using hardware ProComp Infiniti System with BioGraph Infiniti Software in the educational process of higher education institutions in Ukraine in different directions of training, including specific training conditions. The Infiniti system monitors and records a wide range of physiological and mechanical signals, analyzes and provides real-time biofeedback through various auditory and visual aids. The authors analyzed scientific and professional literature on the development and introduction of specialized software products in the educational process of higher education institutions in Ukraine and across the globe. The paper defines the advantages and prospects of carrying out a cycle laboratory work and research with BioGraph Infiniti tools and the principles of work with ProComp Infinity hardware. The didactic conditions of use of BioGraph Infiniti Software in the educational process of higher medical education institutions and universities of internal affairs of Ukraine are defined for formation of informational and subject competence of Ukraine’s students. Attention is focused on ensuring the flexibility of the educational process by means of variability, changes in the content and methods of education, forms of organization of educational classes with a direct practical component, a combination of different education methods for students of various types of higher education institutions. The article examines the problem of effective professional training of future doctors through the lens of education – a term that combines teaching, development, and upbringing. The authors analyzed organizational forms of education in medical higher education institutions, classifying them by the number of students (mass, group, individual) and duration (classic pair, cyclic form, one-day classes). Special attention is paid to the transformation of the educational process under quarantine conditions, where distance education took a leading place using multimedia courses, services like LearningApps, Kahoot, Quizlet, and platforms like Zoom and Moodle. Розкрито сутність цифрової компетентності не лише як технічного вміння користуватися комп’ютером, а як комплексного поєднання знань, навичок і ставлень, необхідних для інтеграції цифрових інструментів в освітній процес. Особливу увагу приділено питанням цифрової безпеки та захисту персональних даних в умовах дистанційного та змішаного навчання. Авторами надано практичні рекомендації щодо створення надійних паролів, використання двофакторної автентифікації та захисту смартфонів як основних джерел конфіденційної інформації. Наголошено, що постійне вдосконалення цифрових навичок є обов’язковою умовою для забезпечення безпечного та якісного навчального середовища. The abstracts examine the role of digital competence as a determining factor in the effectiveness of the professional activity of a modern educator in the context of the rapid digitalization of education. The essence of digital competence is revealed not only as a technical skill to use a computer but as a complex combination of knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for integrating digital tools into the educational process. Special attention is paid to the issues of digital security and the protection of personal data in the conditions of distance and blended learning. The authors provide practical recommendations for creating strong passwords, using two-factor authentication, and protecting smartphones as the primary sources of confidential information. The article examines pedagogical opportunities for developing sanogenic thinking in the context of distance learning. The impact of crisis social conditions on the psycho-emotional state of educational participants is analyzed, and the necessity of developing sanogenic thinking as a resource for psychological resilience is substantiated. The main stages of sanogenic thinking development and pedagogical approaches to its formation in the educational process are outlined.
