Документ English language (Renewing the Speech of Lawyers in the Postmodern Society)(Постмодерністські відкриття, 2022) Dzevytska L.; Дзевицька Л.The article considers the issue of legal discourse evolution in the context of today’s civilization informatization in the postmodern era and intercultural dialogue which determines the understanding of fundamental judicial notions relative to the consciousness of an individual as a subject of legal and economic operations, as well as an implementer of social-economic and cultural rights. Given that the Internet environment in the 21st century is characterized by hypertextual discourse, this raises the matter of differentiation between objective and axiological scientific knowledge contributing to a deeper understanding of the universe. The principles of further research in different scientific fields (humanitarian, natural, social, technical, physical and mathematical sciences) in the context of their social and socialization role in the information society are perceived as the coevolutionary basis of the informational civilization. Also noteworthy is the functional structural analysis of terms’ extraction from the symbolization of the language system, the prospective analysis of legal terms’ functioning, the study of their formal and semantic structure, the classification of legal sublanguage terms and the adjustment, unification and standardization of the term-based system. У статті розглядається питання еволюції правового дискурсу в контексті інформатизації сучасної цивілізації в добу постмодерну та міжкультурного діалогу, що визначає розуміння фундаментальних юридичних понять щодо свідомості особи як суб’єкта правових та економічних операцій, як а також реалізатор соціально-економічних і культурних прав. Враховуючи те, що Інтернет-середовище ХХІ століття характеризується гіпертекстуальним дискурсом, виникає питання про розмежування об’єктивного та аксіологічного наукового знання, що сприяє глибшому розумінню Всесвіту. Як коеволюційну основу інформаційної цивілізації сприймаються принципи подальших досліджень у різних наукових галузях (гуманітарних, природничих, соціальних, технічних, фізико-математичних наук) у контексті їх соціальної та соціалізаційної ролі в інформаційному суспільстві. О.This study was conducted to define and outline the main theoretical characteristics of the concepts of "distance education", "distance learning of a foreign language at non-language faculties" in higher education institutions. The author researched and analyzed the leading role and conceptual impact of distance education in training future highly qualified professionals in various fields at non-language faculties. It was stated that distance learning of a foreign language is a process that takes place both asynchronously and synchronously with the help of delivery of educational materials through mail, telephone and exclusively through ICT means (the use of multimedia technologies and various foreign language platforms). A key trend in the development of innovations in education is the use of new approaches in the educational process, information technologies, innovative forms and methods to create a digital, competitive society that can ensure the social and economic development of the state. The spread of the COVID‐19 virus and full‐scale Russian aggression have become global challenges for Ukraine, which has led to a transition from the traditional model to distance learning. Despite the fact that distance education can be obtained anywhere and at any time, its implementation in the Ukrainian higher education system has led to a number of problems and prospects for innovative development in higher education. However, thanks to innovations, the higher education system continues to function. The purpose of the article is to study the challenges of the XXI century and the prospects for the development of innovations in higher education. General scientific methods of cognition and scientific and pedagogical methods were used. Based on the results of the study, the challenges that have led to innovative development in higher education in the twenty‐first century are identified. It is noted that the innovative development of the higher education system and the state is a strategic goal of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, as well as an important condition for Ukraine's integration into the European Union. The material and technical readiness of higher education institutions to use innovative technologies is analyzed. The concepts of “methodological flexibility of the teacher” and “innovative pedagogy” are explained. A comparative analysis of the professional training of teachers in our time and in the future is presented. Метою дослідження є визначення впливу використання цих методів на опанування іноземних мов. У процесі написання використовувалися методи класифікації, порівняння, узагальнення. Дослідження виявило позитивний вплив інтерактивних методів на взаємодію вчителя та учня, а також на засвоєння матеріалу. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в організації навчання у вищих навчальних закладах. The modern educational process requires improvement of the quality of teaching foreign languages, which can be achieved through the use of interactive learning methods. The aim of the research is to determine the impact of employing these methods on the acquisition of foreign languages. Classification, comparison, and generalization methods were used in the writing process. The study identified a positive influence of interactive methods on teacher-student interaction, as well as on the material assimilation. S.У статті висвітлено методику використання STEM-технологій під час проведення занять із фізики зі студентами нефізичних спеціальностей технічних закладів вищої освіти, що дає змогу розвивати у них STEM-компетентності з фізики. Розглянуто доцільність підпорядкування змісту навчального матеріалу з фізики, що базується на фундаментальних наскрізних генеруючих поняттях. Запропонована методика навчання фізики щодо запровадження STEM-технологій сприятиме формуванню сучасного наукового мислення у суб’єктів навчання, а також забезпечуватиме систематизацію знань із загального курсу фізики у технічних закладах вищої освіти та формуванню наукового світогляду. Установлено, що впровадження програмнопедагогічного забезпечення на основі комплекту «L-мікро» в освітній процес із фізики в Льотній академії Національного авіаційного університету сприяє організації ефективної професійної підготовки фахівців з урахуванням сучасних вимог до навчальної діяльності. Проаналізовано самостійну роботу студентів, зокрема науково-дослідну роботу в контексті розвитку STEM-освіти, оскільки дослідницька робота має у своїй сутності два взаємопов’язаних елементи: навчання студентів основ дослідницької діяльності, організації та методики наукового пошуку та власне проведення наукових досліджень, що є складником професійної компетентності майбутнього фахівця. Важливим аспектом у посиленні ролі самостійної пошуково-пізнавальної діяльності у системі фізичного експерименту на основі STEM-технологій із фізики є розроблення навчальних експериментів, які передбачають поступове і постійне поглиблення вивчення фізичних явищ і процесів, розширення теоретичних знань та експериментальних умінь у використанні нового навчального обладнання та виконанні фізичних досліджень, широке запровадження лабораторних робіт і фізичного практикуму дослідницького характеру. The article defines the method of using STEM technologies during physics classes with students of non-physical specialities of technical institutions of higher education, which allows them to develop STEM competencies in physics. The expediency of subordinating the content of educational material in physics-based on fundamental end-to-end generating concepts is considered. Accordingly, the proposed method of teaching physics for the introduction of STEM technologies will promote the formation of modern scientific thinking in subjects, as well as provide systematization of knowledge of the general course of physics in technical institutions of higher education and the formation of the scientific worldview. It is established that the introduction of software and teaching software based on the set «L-micro» in the educational process in physics at the Flight Academy of the National Aviation University contributes to the organization of effective training, taking into account modern requirements for educational activities. The independent work of students is analyzed, in particular, research work in the context of STEM-education development, as research work has in essence two interrelated elements: teaching students the basics of research, organization and methods of scientific research and own research, which is composed of the professional competence of the future specialist. Аналіз навчально-методичного комплексу навчальної дисципліни з огляду на вимоги сьогодення показує, що задля ефективної підготовки курсантів ВНЗ системи МВС зі специфічними умовами навчання вочевидь недостатньо передбачених НМК аудиторних годин, в рівній мірі це стосується як і передбачених годин для викладення лекційного матеріалу, так і практичних і семінарських занять. Надзвичайно важливим в цьому сенсі є питання збільшення часу для практичних занять. Mastering the methods and skills of providing first aid is an important component of the special training of modern police officers, the amount and number of training hours provided for such training is not sufficient for quality training. The analysis of the educational and methodological complex of the educational discipline in view of today's requirements shows that for the effective training of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system with specific learning conditions, there are obviously not enough classroom hours provided by the NMC, this applies equally to the hours provided for the presentation of lecture material and practical and seminar classes. The publication is designed for scientific-pedagogical (pedagogical) employees of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions, who train police officers, and will be useful to everyone who is interested in the issues of modern higher education pedagogy.
