The theses examine the use of engineering STEM-environments for developing communication skills among operators of complex technical systems. It highlights the importance of effective human–machine interaction in the modern technological world. Interactive learning tools such as virtual reality, simulators, and online platforms are shown to enhance teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A personalized training approach is emphasized as a key factor for improving professional communication efficiency and operator performance.
