In this paper, the authors examine current innovative educational teaching technologies and the purpose of their application at different stages of the learning process. They substantiate the need to use innovative teaching technologies in learning English to acquire the necessary professional qualities and try to create optimal conditions for the development and self-realisation of the learner by forming holistic knowledge about the subject matter being studied.
