Т.Одним із найважливіших завдань лінгвістичного перекладознавства є розробка теоретичних моделей, які дають більш повний опис процесу перекладу в цілому, пояснюють сутність цього процесу. Велику теоретичну та практичну значущість представляє розгляд перекладу як трансформаційного процесу особливого виду. Все більшої уваги набуває не тільки вільне володіння іноземною мовою, але й уміння швидко та кваліфіковано здійснювати переклад з англійської мови на рідну. В останні роки з’явилося чимало описів перекладу як процесу. Моделі процесу перекладу, що пропонують лінгвісти, будуються на основі розумових посилок та висновків, самоспостережень та досвіду перекладачів. One of the most important tasks of linguistic translation research is the development of theoretical models that provide a more complete description of the translation process as a whole and explain the essence of this process. Consideration of translation as a special type of transformational process is of great theoretical and practical importance. More and more attention is being paid not only to fluent knowledge of a foreign language, but also to the ability to quickly and competently translate from English into one's native language. In recent years, many descriptions of translation as a process have appeared. The classroom system should be complemented by more effective teaching methods. Blended learning is the best choice for acquiring knowledge. In addition, each educational institution has the right to choose its own form of education. However, we believe that there is no alternative to the classroom system. Therefore, we are not ready to completely abandon this system, which correlates with a rather sceptical attitude towards exclusively distance learning methods. Заклади вищої освіти мають створити комплекс умов, спрямованих на формування та розвиток безпечного і комфортного освітнього середовища та впровадження основних компонентів ненасильницького спілкування в контексті подальшого реформування вищої освіти. The importance of English language training for the military in Ukraine has grown enormously in the connection with the aggression of the neighbouring country. This growth is largely the result of two factors: the changing role of the military and changes in defence relations. Military forces in most countries lately have increasingly been deployed on humanitarian assistance and peace operations, often under the auspices of either the United Nations or NATO. English has been the operational language of this mission: the official language that different national contingents use to talk to each other as well as to communicate with the peacekeeping headquarters. Increasingly, the armed forces of different countries have been working and training together. When soldiers, sailors or airmen go on exercise they need to communicate in a common language, and English has become a military lingua franca. Ukraine has chosen its path to become a member of the Alliance. Therefore, NATOization is one of the main priorities, which makes this issue relevant. Мета цієї роботи - показати потреби у військовій англійській мові в Україні та шляхи їх задоволення. Важливість вивчення англійської мови для військових в Україні надзвичайно зросла у зв'язку з агресією сусідньої країни. Це зростання значною мірою є результатом двох факторів: зміни ролі військових та змін у відносинах у сфері оборони. Останнім часом збройні сили більшості країн все частіше залучаються для надання гуманітарної допомоги та проведення миротворчих операцій, часто під егідою ООН або НАТО. Робочою мовою цих місій є англійська - офіційна мова, якою різні національні контингенти спілкуються між собою, а також зі штабом миротворчої місії. Збройні сили різних країн дедалі частіше працюють і тренуються разом. Коли солдати, моряки чи льотчики вирушають на навчання, їм потрібно спілкуватися спільною мовою, і англійська стала військовою лінгва франка. Україна обрала свій шлях до членства в Альянсі. Незважаючи на значну кількість досліджень, ця проблема і досі залишається недостатньо вивченою. В історії розвитку освіти єврейського населення Єлисаветградщини на початку XX ст. вагома роль належала громадськості міста, приватній ініціативі щодо відкриття навчальних закладів приватного спрямування [1, с. 65]. І вже на початку XX ст. виникають приватні єврейські навчальні заклади – Єлисаветградське єврейське приватне жіноче училище 3 розряду (1915 р.), Єлисаветградська єврейська чоловіча гімназія М. Крижановського (1916 р.) тощо. Становлення та розвиток освіти для національних меншин на Єлисаветградщині супроводжувався значними труднощами, як організаційними, так і матеріально-технічними, проте втілення її в життя дало неабиякі результати завдяки створення різних типів народних шкіл для етнічних груп переважно за приватної ініціативи. In the variety of studied ethnoproblems, it acquires special importance issues of functioning of the education system for national minorities. Despite for a significant amount of research, this problem still remains insufficient learned. In the history of the development of education of the Jewish population of Yelisavetgrad region on the beginning of the 20th century a significant role belonged to the public of the city, private initiative regarding the opening of private educational institutions [1, p. 65]. And already on beginning of the 20th century private Jewish educational institutions appear - Yelisavetgrad Jewish private school for girls, 3rd grade (1915), Yelisavetgrad Jewish Men's Gymnasium of M. Kryzhanovsky (1916) etc. Formation and development of education for national minorities on Yelysavetgrad region was accompanied by significant difficulties, both organizational, as well as material and technical, but its implementation gave remarkable results thanks to the creation of different types of folk schools for ethnic groups mainly for private initiative.
