    Military operations that began in February 2022 arise new challenges for the teachers and cadets of the higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Future police officers are an integral part of their people. They are the bearers of everything positive and negative that are inherent in the people and their consciousness undergoes the same transformations. Hardly anyone will deny that Ukrainian society today is in a state of fundamental dynamic changes that began with the events on Kyiv’s Independence Square in 2013 and continue to this day when Ukraine is resisting Russian military aggression with all its might.

    Formation of the Professional Competence of the Future Lawyer

    The objective of our research is the theoretical substantiation of modern approaches to the training of lawyers in a higher educational institution, his professional competence from the point of view of the efficiency of professional activity. The social division of labor determines the diversity of legal areas of training, professions, and professional structures of society. The performance of certain types of legal activity requires the appropriate qualification of a specialist, which, in turn, is impossible without acquiring knowledge of the necessary level and professional training. That is why professional competence from the point of view of the efficiency of professional activity is leading during the professional training of future lawyers. Various aspects of the professional training of lawyers were highlighted in their studies by O. Bandurko, V. Haluzynskyi, A. Rybachuk, S. Shevtsov, H. Yavorska, and others.

    У статті висвітлені проблемні питання, пов’язані з професійним навчанням викладачів іноземної мови з метою їх ефективної роботи в подальшому. Автори висвітлюють найсучасніші тенденції світових педагогічних практик. У статті доведено, що комплексний підхід до викладання іноземної мови із залученням найяскравіших технік дійсно забезпечує якісне засвоєння мовленнєвого матеріалу як в теоретичному, так і в практичному плані. The article highlights problematic issues related to the professional training of foreign language teachers for the purpose of their effective work in the future. The authors highlight the most modern trends in global pedagogical practices. The article proves that a comprehensive approach to teaching a foreign language with the involvement of the brightest techniques really ensures high-quality assimilation of speech material in both theoretical and practical terms.
