The paper considers distance learning as a form of organization of the educational process, within which its participants - teachers and students - interact remotely offline/online. V.У статті розглянуто семіотичну природу гендерно-правової культури, сфокусовано увагу на синтетичності цього терміна, надано альтернативні визначення таких понять, як «гендер» і «культура». Висвітлюючи сутність запропонованого терміна із семіотичного погляду, авторки статті наводять приклади основних елементів, що утворюють парадигму гендерно-правової культури. Практичну частину статті присвячено аналізу запропонованого явища як психолого-педагогічної проблеми. Беручи до уваги те, що сучасні умови суспільного розвитку пов’язані з мінливими соціально-економічними і кримінальними ускладненнями, у результаті чого суспільство зацікавлене в ефективності діяльності правоохоронних органів, що функціюють на основі законності, гуманізму, гласності, презумпції невинності, стійкості, розмежування повноважень, цілком актуальним є звернення авторок розвідки саме до питань формування гендерно-правової культури в майбутніх фахівців правоохоронних органів. Аналіз наукової літератури у сфері гендеру та права дав змогу конкретизувати поняття «гендерно-правова культура майбутніх фахівців правоохоронних органів», яку розглянуто як інтегральну якість особистості, детерміновану специфікою правоохоронної діяльності, що відображає комплексні знання щодо сутності і правового регулювання гендерних аспектів у чинному українському законодавстві та готовність у подальшому забезпечувати функціювання гендерно чутливих практик і принципів недопущення дискримінації в правоохоронній діяльності на основі правових установок, дотримання посадових обов’язків. The article examines the semiotic nature of gender-legal culture, focuses attention on the synthetic nature of this term, provides alternative definitions of such concepts as "gender" and "culture". Highlighting the essence of the proposed term from a semiotic point of view, the authors of the article give examples of the main elements that form the paradigm of gender-legal culture. The practical part of the article is devoted to the analysis of the proposed phenomenon as a psychological and pedagogical problem. Taking into account the fact that modern conditions of social development are associated with changing socio-economic and criminal complications, as a result of which society is interested in the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies that function on the basis of legality, humanism, transparency, presumption of innocence, stability, separation of powers , it is quite relevant to address the authors of the intelligence specifically to the issues of the formation of gender and legal culture among future specialists of law enforcement agencies. F.Статтю присвячено обґрунтуванню різноманітних аспектів удосконалення технологічної, професійно-педа- гогічної підготовки майбутніх юристів, розкриваються основні функції майбутнього юриста-викладача, процес його адаптації до реальної професійної діяльності. Проаналізовано проблему підготовки професіонала-юриста для здійснення професійної діяльності і реального рівня професійно-педагогічної готовності майбутнього юриста до діяльності в різних типах юридичних установ. У статті визначено, що методика формування базових компе- тентностей (форм, засобів, методів, засад) у юридичних навчальних закладах спеціального призначення перед- бачає створення спеціальних умов (спеціалізованих авдиторій) для проведення практичних занять зі спеціальних та гуманітарних дисциплін. Зазначено, що гуманітарна складова частина у навчальних планах університетів спеціального призначення недостатньо відображена. Доведено, що професійна діяльність майбутнього юриста-викладача, окрім глибоких спеціальних кваліфікованих знань, умінь і навичок, вимагає системи психологічних і педагогічних знань, нави- чок і прийомів, які забезпечують високу культуру спілкування, а також надбання навичок цінування та поваги до різноманітності і мультикультурності через рефлексію, самовдосконалення, пізнавальну та творчу активність. Знання педагогіки необхідні для ефективної організації роботи з людьми, проведення правовиховної роботи. Виявлено, що на сучасному етапі розвитку системи вищої освіти значною мірою змінюється роль викладача. При компетентнісному підході викладач займає позицію організатора, консультанта, тьютора, який певним чином орієнтує навчальний процес на отримання майбутніми юристами-викладачами самостійного досвіду. Авторками визначено, що професійно-педагогічна підготовка майбутнього правника в контексті компетентнісного підходу не вичерпує всіх аспектів цієї проблеми і потребує подальшого вивчення методики формування компонентів про- фесійно-педагогічної компетентності майбутніх правознавців. The article is devoted to the justification of various aspects of improving the technological, professional and pedagogical training of future lawyers, reveals the main functions of the future lawyer-teacher, the process of his adaptation to real professional activity. The problem of training a legal professional to carry out professional activities and the real level of professional and pedagogical readiness of a future lawyer to work in various types of legal institutions is analyzed. The article defines that the method of formation of basic competencies (forms, means, methods, foundations) in special legal educational institutions provides for the creation of special conditions (specialized auditoriums) for conducting practical classes in special and humanitarian disciplines. It is noted that the humanitarian component is not sufficiently reflected in the curricula of special purpose universities. It has been proven that the professional activity of a future lawyer-teacher, in addition to deep special qualified knowledge, abilities and skills, requires a system of psychological and pedagogical knowledge, skills and techniques that ensure a high culture of communication, as well as the acquisition of skills of appreciation and respect for diversity and multiculturalism through reflection, self-improvement, cognitive and creative activity. Knowledge of pedagogy is necessary for effective organization of work with people, conducting legal educational work. It was found that at the current stage of development of the higher education system, the role of the teacher is changing to a great extent. With the competence approach, the teacher takes the position of organizer, consultant, tutor, who in a certain way orients the educational process to the acquisition of independent experience by future lawyers-teachers. The authors determined that the professional-pedagogical training of the future lawyer in the context of the competence approach does not exhaust all aspects of this problem and requires further study of the method of forming the components of the professional-pedagogical competence of future legal scholars.Документ Семіотична модель як інтертекстуальна інтепретація «знаковості» художнього твору(Вісник Харківського національного університету імені В. Н. Каразіна, 2017) Хайруліна Н. Ф.; Khairulina N. F.Статтю присвячено використанню семіотичного моделювання у процесі аналізу літературного твору. Беручи за основу праці видатного семіотика Ю. М. Лотмана, у статті розкривається «еволюція» трактування терміну «літературна модель», ступінь необхідності її виокремлення під час інтерпретації твору та надається класифікація можливих видів літературних моделей. Акцентуація уваги саме на дослідженні семіотико-культурологічної моделі обумовлена широкою популярністю в сучасному літературознавстві. Структурними елементами семіотичної моделі є константні та перехідні складові. Якщо під константами маються на увазі аналіз часового, психологічного та символічного просторів у творі, то перехідні вступають у екстраполяцію із сприйняттям об’єктивної дійсності і, таким чином, не завжди можуть бути досліджуваними у творах. Алгоритм практичного виявлення складових семіотичної моделі «життя-ярмарок» на основі творів української та англійської літератур доводять, що семіотичне моделювання є предметом ретельного теоретико-літературного вивчення. The Semiotic Model as Intertextual Interpretation of «Sign Decoding» in the Work of Art The article under consideration is devoted to the use of semiotic modeling in the analysis of literary works. Based on the outstanding works in semiotics by Yriy Loman, the article revealed the «evolution» of the term «literary model», its necessity in the process of work’s interpretation and gives a classification of possible types of literary models. The accentuation on the semiotics and cultural modeling study is caused by a widespread popularity in modern literary criticism. It is proved that semiotic model consists of constant and transient components. While the constants implied decimal analysis of time, psychological and symbolic spaces in the art work, the transitionals enter the extrapolation of perception of objective reality and, therefore, not always could be studied in the works. The given algorithm of practical detection of components the semiotic model «Life is a Fair» based on the works of Ukrainian and English literature proves that semiotic modeling is the subject of a thorough theoretical and literary study nowdays.Документ Інноваційний аспект професійної підготовки правоохоронців у закладі вищої освіти: вимоги до викладача(Вісник Запорізького національного університету. T.Стаття присвячена обґрунтуванню процесу оновлення вимог до викладачів ВНЗ та їх ролі у професійній підготовці майбутніх правоохоронців у навчальному середовищі ВНЗ. Проаналізовано проблему формування полікультурної компетентності майбутнього спеціаліста, яка пов’язана із формуванням особистості викладача, його загальної культури, педагогічної майстерності, професійної компетентності. Визначено, що в педагогіці комплекс професійно-кваліфікаційних вимог до викладача визначається готовністю до педагогічної діяльності. Ознаки готовності до педагогічної діяльності, на нашу думку, можна конкретизувати такими: педагогічна самосвідомість; емоційно-позитивне ставлення до суб'єкта (учня), об'єкта (педагогічного процесу) і засобів діяльності (виховання і навчання); знання структури особистості курсанта, її вікових змін, цілей і засобів педагогічного впливу в процесі її становлення та розвитку; педагогічні вміння в організації та здійсненні освітніх і виховних впливів на особистість; прагнення спілкуватися зі студентами передаючи їм свій досвід і знання відповідно до змісту та шляхів досягнення суспільно значущих цілей. Доведено, що інноваційна діяльність викладача ВНЗ забезпечує впровадження інноваційних технологій, спрямованих на вдосконалення цілісного навчального процесу вищого навчального закладу; стимулювання інноваційної, пошукової, творчої професійної діяльності; створення інноваційної та творчої атмосфери взаємодії між учасниками під час навчального процесу; формування інноваційних здібностей, а саме інноваційного мислення, уяви тощо. The article is devoted to substantiating the renovation process of the HEE lecturers’ demands and their role in professional training of future law enforcement officers in the educational university environment. The problem of the formation of multicultural competence of the future specialist which is connected with the formation of the lecturer’s personality, his general culture, pedagogical skills, professional competence has been analyzed. It is determined that in pedagogics a set of professionally qualified requirements for a lecturer is defined by readiness for pedagogical activity. Signs of readiness for pedagogical activity, in our opinion, can be specified as follows: pedagogical self-awareness; emotionally positive attitude to the subject (student), object (pedagogical process) and means of the activity (education and training); knowledge of the structure of the cadet’s personality, his age changes, goals and means of pedagogical influence in the process of his formation and development; pedagogical skills in the organization and implementation of educational and upbringing influences on the personality; the desire to communicate with students passing them their experience and knowledge according to the content and ways to achieve socially significant goals. It has been proved that the innovative activity of the HEE lecturer provides the introduction of the innovative technologies directed to the perfection of the integral educational process of the higher educational institution; stimulation of the innovative, exploratory, creative professional activity; creating innovative and creative atmosphere of interaction between participants during the teaching process; formation of innovative abilities, namely innovative thinking, imagination, etc.
