Визначено ключові ризики, зокрема фішинг, малварні та DDoS-атаки. Обґрунтовано необхідність формування кіберрезилієнтності, підвищення рівня кібергігієни користувачів і впровадження інноваційних технологій, зокрема штучного інтелекту, для посилення захисту інформаційних ресурсів. The paper examines key cyber threats to public structures in the modern digital environment. The main risks, including phishing, malware, and DDoS attacks, are identified. The study substantiates the need to develop cyber resilience, improve users’ cyber hygiene, and apply innovative technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, to strengthen the protection of information resources.
