У статті розглядається питання використання засобів дистанційної форми освіти в процесі підготовки педагогічних працівників в умовах широкомасштабної воєнної агресії. Саме дистанційна освіта стала інструментом забезпечення якісної та безперервної професійної педагогічної освіти в складних умовах сьогодення. Міжнародний досвід та українська практика демонструє високий рівень ефективності застосування цього методу. За допомогою дистанційних освітніх технологій вдалося забезпечити високу якість надання освітніх послуг з урахуванням необхідності створення безпечного освітнього середовища.
The relevance of the article is conditioned by the necessity to organize qualitative pedagogical education in conditions of active combat operations. The main principles and principles of distance education functioning under the conditions of pedagogical HEIs are considered in this article. Distance education, according to the authors, is an effective tool for providing quality and continuous educational services in an uncertain environment caused by military aggression. The article notes that the developed models imply that the students of distance and traditional forms of education study a single unified training program, obligatory performance of the same tasks and passing the control measures. The use of such models is justified when training people with a single basic level of education and, as a rule, when organizing e‐learning with the introduction of distance learning technologies in the system of higher professional education in an uncertain environment. The article states that it is the distance form of education that can provide an appropriate level of student safety by diversifying their localization in a war environment. That is why the authors emphasize the particular importance of the distance form of education in the process of qualitative preparation of pedagogical workers for the realities of the present, taking into account the acquisition of all necessary professional competencies. In addition, the implementation of distance learning technologies should be provided with pedagogical, organizational and technological support, so that all participants in the educational activity have new functions, which should be defined and presented in the distance learning model. The model of distance learning technologies implementation for future teachers' training should take into account different basic level of students, i.e., it should be multilevel. The article also considers the importance of the issue of pedagogical interaction between the participants of the educational process. The information and communication component of distance education, according to the authors, is able to fully meet the need for such communication. So, according to the authors, distance education is an effective tool for training qualified specialists in the field of education in modern conditions.
