У монографії подано огляд підходів до поняття «правове регулювання» як категорії юридичної науки. Детально проаналізовано та описано особливості формування нормативно-правової бази у сфері розвитку цивільної авіації. На загальнотеоретичному та методологічному рівнях виділено та охарактеризовано поняття та особливості правового регулювання у сфері цивільної авіації.
The article provides a review of the approaches to the idea of ‘legal regulation’ as a category of the legal science. Peculiarities of the formation of legal framework in the development of civil aviation are thoroughly analyzed and described. On the general theoretical and methodological levels, the author distinguishes and characterizes the notion and features of legal regulation in the sphere of civil aviation.
