V.Відповідно до результатів моніторингу спеціалізованих Інтернет-ресурсів (аналізу науково-методичної та довідкової) літератури встановлено, що теоретичних та емпіричних досліджень, які комплексно розкривають особливості організації системи підготовки інструкторів з вогневої підготовки із акцентованим розвитком прикладних рухових дій зустрічаються рідко. В процесі дослідно-аналітичної роботи були використані наступні методи (на теоретичному рівні): аксіоматичні, ідеалізації, інструментальні, історичні і логічні, сходження від конкретного, формалізації, а також досвід організації системи вогневої та спеціальної фізичної підготовки військовослужбовців різних категорій інституцій сектору безпеки і оборони України.В результаті дослідження членами науково-дослідної групи розроблено експериментальні організаційно-педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх інструкторів з вогневої підготовки до професійної діяльності із акцентованим використанням засобів спеціальної фізичної підготовки. Перспективи подальших досліджень у обраному напрямі наукової розвідки передбачають проведення апробації запропонованих нами організаційно-педагогічних умов (на прикладі майбутніх інструкторів з вогневої підготовки, представників військових частин Національної гвардії України). Empirically, it was established that during the performance of official duties, in particular, during practical classes (training), fire training instructors are in "zones" of significant psychophysical stress, which in the case of low (unsatisfactory) individual physical and special physical readiness can slow down, and in some cases even to level the process of formation of practical shooting skills from various types of small arms (automatic) weapons among military personnel of various categories who are studying.This, in turn, actualizes the need for a suitable professional development program for future fire training instructors, which, in addition to specific theoretical knowledge and practical skills (according to the military accounting specialty), provides for the use of special physical training.According to the results of the monitoring of specialized Internet resources (analysis of scientific-methodical and reference) literature, it was established that theoretical and empirical studies that comprehensively reveal the peculiarities of the organization of the training system of fire training instructors with an emphasis on the development of applied motor actionsare rare.In the process of research and analytical work, the following methods were used (at the theoretical level): axiomatic, idealization, instrumental, historical and logical, descent from the concrete, formalization, as well as the experience of organizing the system of fire and special physical training of servicemen of various categories of institutions of the security and defense sector of Ukraine.As a result of the research, the members of the research group developed experimental organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future fire training instructors for professional activity with an emphasis on the use of special physical training tools.Prospects for further research in the chosen direction of scientific intelligence provide for the testing of the organizational and pedagogical conditions proposed by us (on the example of future instructors in fire training, representatives of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine).Документ Перспективи модернізації навчально-методичного комплексу тренажеру “stinger” з VR-технологією(Гельветика, 2023) Задорожний К. V.Відповідно до результатів моніторингу спеціалізованих Інтернет-джерел (результатів аналізу науково-методичної та довідкової літератури) членами науково-дослідної групи встановлено, що питанням модернізації наявних навчальних зразків (тренажерів) високоточної зброї, які забезпечують формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх офіцерів (військовослужбовців різних категорій) інституцій сектору безпеки і оборони України (СБОУ) – присвячено недостатню кількість науково-методичних праць, що потребує подальших досліджень та підкреслює актуальність і практичну складову обраного напряму наукової розвідки. Головною метою дослідження є визначення слабких сторін навчально-методичного комплексу тренажеру переносного зенітно-ракетного комплексу (ПЗРК) “Stinger” з VR-технологією та відпрацювання пропозицій (технічного завдання) щодо його модернізації. Методи дослідження: аксіоматичні, ідеалізації, історичні і логічні, сходження від конкретного, формалізації, тощо. В результаті теоретичного дослідження членами науково-дослідної групи визначені слабкі сторони навчально-методичного комплексу тренажеру ПЗРК “Stinger” з VR-технологі .ю та відпрацюванні пропозиції (технічне завдання) щодо його модернізації. Результати теоретичного дослідження надані до ТОВ «Лоджікс 7 Україна» з метою усунення виявлених недоліків та модернізації наявного тренажеру ПЗРК “Stinger” з VR-технологією. Окремі результати дослідно-аналітичної роботи впроваджені у систему вогневої підготовки майбутніх офіцерів: Київського інституту Національної гвардії України; Навчально-наукового інституту фізичної культури та спортивно-оздоровчих технологій; Національної академії Національної гвардії України; Донецького державного університету внутрішніх справ. Перспективи подальших досліджень у обраному напрямі наукової розвідки передбачають розроблення організаційно-педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів інституцій СБОУ до застосування тренажеру ПЗРК “Stinger” з VR-технологією у змодельованих екстремальних умовах службово-бойової діяльності. According to the results of the monitoring of specialized Internet sources (the results of the analysis of scientific and methodological and reference literature), the members of the scientific research group established, that the issue of modernization of the existing training models (trainers) of high-precision weapons, which ensure the formation of professional competences of future officers (servicemen of various categories) of institutions of the security and defense sector of Ukraine (SDSU) – is dedicated to the insufficient number of scientific and methodological works, which requires further research and emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen direction of scientific research. The main goal of the research is to determine the weaknesses of the training and methodical complex of the portable anti-aircraft missile system (AAMS) simulator “Stinger” with VR-technology and to work out proposals (technical task) for its modernization. Research methods: axiomatic, idealization, historical and logical, descent from concrete, formalization, etc. As a result of a theoretical study, the members of the scientific research group identified the weaknesses of the educational and methodological complex of the AAMS “Stinger” simulator with VR-technology and worked out a proposal (technical task) for its modernization. The results of the theoretical research were provided to the Limited Liability Company “Logix 7 Ukraine” in order to eliminate the identified shortcomings and modernize the existing AAMS “Stinger” simulator with VR-technology. Separate results of research and analytical work are implemented in the system of fire training of future officers: Kyiv Institute of the National Guard of Ukraine; Educational and scientific institute of physical culture and sports and health technologies; National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine; Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. Prospects for further research in the chosen direction of scientific intelligence include the development of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future officers of SDSU institutions to use the AAMS “Stinger” simulator with VR technology in simulated extreme conditions of service and combat activity.
