dc.description.abstractСтаття на тему "До питання землекористування в Україні" присвячена багатогранному питанню про стан землекористування в Україні. Структура роботи обумовлена специфікою та складністю питання, метою та завданнями дослідження. Враховуючи специфіку розбудови незалежної України, здійснення цілої низки реформ і в тому числі земельної, обґрунтована актуальність теми. Здійснено аналіз відповідних принципів та проаналізовано різні визначення терміну "землекористування". Поняття права землекористування розглянуто в різних аспектах із визначенням проблемних сторін та напрямів подальшого розвитку правової думки. У висновках викладено теоретичні результати досліджень, пропозиції щодо вдосконалення відповідних земельних відносин. The article "On the issue of land use in Ukraine" is devoted to to the multifaceted issue of the state of land use in Ukraine. The structure of the work is determined by the specificity and complexity of the issue, the purpose and objectives of the study. Given the specifics of the development of independent Ukraine, the implementation of a number of reforms, including land reform, the relevance of the topic is justified the relevance of the topic is substantiated. The author analyzes the relevant principles and various definitions of the term "land use" are analyzed. The concept of land use law is considered in various aspects with identification of problematic aspects and directions for further development of legal thought. The article concludes with theoretical results of the research and proposals for improving the relevant land relations.
