Заявлено, що основнми соціальнокомунікативними аспектами цієї взаємодії є сприяння встановленню у суспільстві ефективної демократії, конструктивних взаємовідносин між членами соціуму. Важливими є розроблення технологій індивідуального внеску у розвиток демократичного громадського простору, активізація соціальної адаптації, забезпечення інтегративності. . The article reveals the problem of determining the social and communicative aspects of training bachelors of philology for intercultural interaction. Such scientific approaches as cultural, contextual, and competency based are revealed. It is stated that the main social and communicative aspects of this interaction are promoting the establishment of effective democracy in society and constructive relationships between members of society. Intersubjective connections in the process of the professional training the future teacher of foreign languages are very important because such subjects as pedagogics, psychology, foreign language are the basic components of it. The given article deals with such aspects as the individualization and differentiation of training the future teacher of foreign languages. The author shows the results of the pedagogical experiment of the interaction of some subjects as the main instrument of the professional training of the future teacher of foreign languages at the higher educational institutions (based on Kirovograd State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko, Cherkassy National Pedagogical University named after Bogdan Khmelnytskyi, Odessa National University named after II Mechnikov). О.This study was conducted to identify and prevent problems of students' adaptation to the first course of English language studies at the non-linguistic faculties of the Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vinnichenko. The author researched and analyzed the concept of adaptation (social-psychological and professional). The psychological aspect of adaptation of first-year students consists in the destruction of the views, skills, habits, and values of students of secondary schools and labor collective bodies developed over many years, losing years of fixed relations with the team. The pedagogical aspect of adaptation of first-year students is characterized by the slow entry of students into the educational process of universities and adaptation to the conditions of the educational environment of the faculties where they study. Це дослідження було проведено для виявлення та попередження проблем адаптації студентів до першого курсу вивчення англійської мови на нелінгвістичних факультетах Центральноукраїнського державного педагогічного університету імені Володимира Винниченка. The author researched and analyzed the leading component of personality development; the components of the student's psychological and pedagogical readiness for the process of self-education are determined; the conditions for the individualization of the psychological and pedagogical training of a future specialist in the field of foreign languages are outlined; the general optimal conditions for the development of the future teacher of foreign languages at specialized faculties are highlighted; the concepts of "monitoring" and "diagnostics" are analyzed. It was stated that the individualization of professional training is: the organization of the educational process, which involves the selection of means and pace of learning, taking into account the individual characteristics of those who study; a number of educational-methodical, psychological-pedagogical and organizational-management measures that provide an individual approach. Це дослідження було проведено для визначення, окреслення основних характеристик, вдосконалення, психолого-педагогічної основи понять «індивідуалізація», «індивідуалізація професійної підготовки майбутнього вчителя іноземних мов» у вищих педагогічних навчальних закладах. The author researched and analyzed the leading role and conceptual impact of distance education in training future highly qualified professionals in various fields at non-language faculties. It was stated that distance learning of a foreign language is a process that takes place both asynchronously and synchronously with the help of delivery of educational materials through mail, telephone and exclusively through ICT means (the use of multimedia technologies and various foreign language platforms). Це дослідження було проведено для визначення, окреслення основних теоретичних характеристик понять «дистанційна освіта», «дистанційне навчання іноземної мови на немовних факультетах» у закладах вищої освіти. Автором було досліджено, проаналізовано провідну роль та концептуальний вплив дистанційної освіти у підготовці майбутніх високваліфікованих професіоналів у різних галузях на немовних факультетах.
