V.; Kravtsov H.Moodle – це широко використовувана платформа для проведення онлайн-курсів у різних сферах, включаючи англійську мову професійного спрямування (АМПС). Однак розробка ефективних курсів АМПС на Moodle вимагає ретельного розгляду цілей навчання, змісту, макета та інструментів, які можуть підтримувати розвиток мовних навичок, які стосуються професійної діяльності студентів. У цій статті представлено досвід створення та тестування двох курсів АМПС на Moodle: «Технології ділових комунікацій для студентів-юристів» та «Ділова англійська мова» (для комп’ютерної інженерії). Описано принципи та методи, обговорено проблеми та обмеження, з якими зіткнулися автори в процесі розробки курсу. Moodle is a widely used platform for delivering online courses in various domains, including English for specific purposes (ESP). However, designing effective ESP courses on Moodle requires careful consideration of the learning objectives, the content, the layout, and the tools that can support the development of language skills relevant to the learners’ professional activities. In this paper, we present our experience of creating and testing two ESP courses on Moodle: “Business Communication Technology for Law Students” and “Business English” (for Computer Engineering). We describe the principles and methods we followed to tailor the courses to the learners’ needs and preferences, and to provide them with interactive and engaging activities that foster their speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills. В.У контексті глобалізації особливо важливою стає комунікативна компетентність юристів та поліцейських у іноземній мові. Така компетентність дозволяє краще розуміти осіб, коли вони не говорять рідною мовою адвоката або поліцейських. Дослідження спрямоване на виявлення випадків, коли комунікативна компетентність іноземної мови має особливе значення для юристів та поліцейських. Дослідження використовує аналіз, синтез, узагальнення та формально-структурні методи. У статті розглядається набір норм, що регулюють використання комунікативної компетенції іноземної мови юристами та поліцейськими у цивільних, кримінальних, адміністративних та економічних судових процесах. У дослідженні аналізується необхідність володіння другою, не рідною мовою на основі різних законодавчих актів, включаючи Конституцію України, Закон України "Про безпекову діяльність", Закон України "Про судову владу та статус суддів", Закон України "Про національну поліцію", Закон України "Про адвокатуру та юридичну практику" та Закон України "Про нотаріат". Позитивним аспектом кримінально-процесуального законодавства є вимога забезпечити компетентність перекладача, коли він бере участь у кримінальному провадженні. In the context of globalization, the foreign language communicative competence of lawyers and police officers becomes especially important. Such competence allows for a better understanding of the persons when they do not speak the native language of the lawyer or the police officer. The study aims to identify cases where foreign language communicative competence has a special significance for lawyers and police officers. The research employs analysis, synthesis, generalization, and formal-structural methods. The paper examines a set of norms regulating the use of foreign language communicative competence by lawyers and police officers in civil, criminal, administrative, and economic legal proceedings. The study analyzes the necessity of proficiency in a second, non-native language based on various legislative acts, including the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Security Activities," the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges," the Law of Ukraine "On the National Police," the Law of Ukraine "On the Bar and Legal Practice," and the Law of Ukraine "On Notariate." A positive aspect of criminal procedural legislation is noted regarding the requirement to ensure the competence of a translator when involved in criminal proceedings.Документ Актуальні методи викладання іноземної мови в епоху глобалізації(Гельветика, 2022) Баланаєва О. A.У статті розглянуто актуальні методики викладання іноземної мови у закладах вищої освіти в епоху глобалізації, як один із важливих структурних елементів системи освіти. У даній статті аналізується тлумачення таких категорій, як «актуальна методика», «процес глобалізації», а також розглядаються основні характеристики методики навчання іноземних мов у сучасних університетах. Ми розглядаємо процес вивчення іноземної мови у п’яти його аспектах: читання, говоріння, письмо, аудіювання та перегляд відеоматеріалів. Досліджуються наступні методи викладання іноземних мов: граматико-перекладний метод, аудіолінгвальний метод, аудіовізуальний метод, лінгвосоціокультурний метод, репродуктивний метод, метод наукових досліджень, проблемнодослідницький метод, проектний метод, комунікативний метод, прямі методи імовчазний. Встановлено, що оволодіння різноманітними поведінковими стратегіями сприяє формуванню таких якостей особистості, як чутливість та сприйнятливість до психічного стану оточуючих. The article considers current methods of teaching a foreign language in higher educational institutions in the era of globalization, as one of the important structural elements of the education system. This article analyses the interpretation of such categories as «current methodology», «the process of globalization», as well as considers the main characteristics of the methodology of teaching foreign languages in modern universities. We look at the process of learning a foreign language in five aspects: reading, speaking, writing, listening, and watching videos. The following methods of teaching foreign languages are studied: grammatical-translation method, audiolingual method, audio-visual method, linguosociocultural method, reproductive method, scientific research method, problem-research method, project method, communicative method, direct methods and silent method).
